Rodney Miller, CTE Director at the LCSD Career Center is excited to invite all LCSD 8th and 9th grade students and their families to our family night at the career center, 625 Normandy Road, Lancaster, on Tuesday, January 28th from 5:30-7pm. This is a free event for our students and families, so please mark your calendars and plan to attend! Food will be served at the main entrance of the career center throughout the event, and prizes will be drawn every 15 minutes. Please RSVP using the QR code that can be found on the Career Center’s website at lcc.lancastercsd.com to enter your family or group for a chance to win Amazon gift cards, a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, cosmetology services, and much more. School Improvement Council President Terrance Barr works in unison with the LHS Leadership Team and staff to provide students with the academic and developmental support they need. The LHS Academic Challenge Team battled with Fairfield yesterday. The first match went into overtime, with Fairfield edging us out 18-17. The second match was all LHS...15-12! #GoBruins!

FINAL CALL: LHS 2024-2025 Promise Neighborhood Extended Day-Cycle 3 - Promise Neighborhood Extended Day is the new frontier for academic excellence. The journey continues on January 13, 2025. Students will choose their academic enrichment sessions and 6-week fitness and exposure micro sessions. Cycle 3 enrollment will be open until December 20. Bus riders MUST be signed up by December 18. Our bus list is due to the bus office two weeks before the beginning of each cycle. If your child is enrolled after December 18, he/she must be a car rider for the entire cycle.
